Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your appointment. We understand that life happens, However as a small business, cancellations and no shows can really hurt us.
As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation 72 hours before your appointment. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 30% of the service booked as well as 50% advance deposit to book future services.
